There have been a lot of things going on here lately and it has been stressful. It even showed up on my scale and for that I am not happy at all.
This morning I went back to my morning breakfast of granola and yogurt. We will be getting back to healthy meals here in the Osborne household.
I am going to bootcamp twice a week right now and am on a break from personal training for a bit, well til we figure out our routine a bit but that means I have to remain committed to working out at home and we will see how that works out.
Last night was my first bootcamp since the burn and let me tell you it was bad. Not from the burn on my leg but from the one on the foot OUCH.
Another big change coming about is G is going back to patrol, which means I get to do the running around thing and also means I get to be nervous each and every day. It also means no more weekends off for him so that will be an adjustment for me and the kids (we will have to figure out what to do).
It also means with him having rotating days off there will be days I don't have to bring James to work or that G will be able to get things done for me like the grocery shopping.
So it is a time for change and we will take it one day at a time for a bit. Catch you on the flip side.
