I just want to give a shout out to Amanda. I totally love what you have been doing on the HMITM design team and thanks for pointing me that way and encouraging us over at House of Paper to take part in the challenges.
I have been doing a de-clutter challenge at the gym and I was doing really well until this past weekend where I have started eating everything that I shouldn't. I am so mad at myself for the self-sabotage. This morning I tried starting over again and it isn't going well. I am still reaching for things I shouldn't the one thing I did for a positive though is I broke out this DVD
It has 5 different walks on it. I am in desperate need to ramp up the cardio on the days I don't have bootcamp. Also my endurance stinks since everything went on.
I did a mile this morning with Leslie and felt really awesome. I even drank loads of water. I need to really focus on no carbs after 2pm but life has been crazy and I haven't been planning my meals well that ends today. I am back to planning and if it means bringing my lunch. I will. By next week I will be back to where I was with 10lbs lost. Now I am at 5lbs lost not horrible but not great either.
I will be posting here with progress and whether I did my walk or not because it holds me accountable.
On the creative side, I have been scrapbooking lately and that makes me happy I love carving out part of my day and creating. Here is a fun little Disney layout I did
